Reset button won't help. This is the most expensive SB too. Contact SB customer services for almost a month. Still no answer of where to send for repair ..... or .... Hey if you see my message could you answer me?!!! My question is very important. I will be buying the 2024 Asus ROG Strix G18 this coming Monday, this is an 18.4". What is the right thickness of heatsink to use on the M.2 of this gaming laptop? Can I use 2mm up to 6mm? Using a 2 to 6mm thickness of heatsink, will it fit once I close the laptop? The G18 when folded is 1.21 inch thick! I envy you and happy for you that a thicker heatsink thicker than the one that I want easily fits inside your smaller 15.6" gaming laptop!
